Save Your Time and Effort Using Our Stackup Builder

In manufacture of PCB board we use different innerlayers, prepregs and foils, from which we combine the stackup needed. Based on our experience we keep the list of materials in stock for many stackup possibilities, but unfortunately this is not an endless pool of choices. Our stock list is presented in our Stackup Builder, where you can build the stackup for up to 24-layered board. Using our Stackup Builder you can be confident that we can manufacture the board exactly as you need it and last minute design changes due to stackup requirements are avoided.

To turn your attention to our Stackup Builder all new projects what include the output from our Stackup Builder will be -5% discounted on March. The output included to spedification must be either the pdf-file or the stackup code from our builder tool.

We reccommend to look at “Good advice” section of our webpage, where we freshly present our  Desing Rules which we kindly ask to take into consideration. If these rules happen to be neglected, we most probaly have to ask you to review your design. Using Stackup builder and our Design Rules can save your time and effort!

The picture below illustrates where will you find the PDF or code for your stackup built.

New Routing and Drilling Service

It is a great pleasure for us to announce that we have a new hi-tech routing and drilling device in our workshop.

This new device enables us to increase our production volumes and expand our technical capabilities. Instead of a minimal routing width of 0.6 mm, our new minimal routing limit is 0.2 mm. Up to now we were not able to do blind slots or blind routed areas, but with this new device both options become available.

To introduce our new capabilities, we offer a 15 % discount in November to all clients who would like to challenge our newest routing-drilling device by ordering a product with blind slots.

0,2mm blind slot. Magnified 40X.

Brandner Offered Practical Workshop for Board Designers

Brandner PCB offered yet another free workshop for interested designers.

Participants got an overview of typical communication issues that can arise between designer and manufacturer. Very often designers have no practical knowledge of real life production processes or materials used in production of PCB boards. Some aspects of IPC standards regarding PCB acceptance (like tolerances) are always something of a surprise information for many new designers.

A slideshow of real life examples was “very educational indeed” as was the feedback from participants.

Dear client, if you have interest in free workshops and seminars offered by Brandner PCB, let us know and we will organize another group!
